Mission Impossible has been a staple in the movie universe for almost three decades now and the films seem to just get big, stronger and better. Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One delivered another massive hit this summer as the seventh installment in the action-adventure franchise but we are wanting to see the Hottest Mission Impossible Women.

But the Mission Impossible films don’t just need Tom Cruise and his insane stunts. They need a beautiful, attractive costar to keep him on his toes and push his limits. No different than 007 James Bond films, Mission Impossible relies on the beautiful MI women to make sure the film hits all the notes.

So, take a look at our list of the ‘Hottest Mission Impossible Women’ below:

10. Lindsey Farris – Keri Russell (Mission Impossible 3)

Hottest Mission Impossible Women

Ethan Hunt has retired from IMF fieldwork. He trains recruits and has settled down with his fiancée, nurse Julia Meade, who is unaware of his real job. He is approached by IMF Assistant Director of Operations John Musgrave about a special mission to rescue one of his protégés, Lindsey Farris, who was captured while investigating arms dealer Owen Davian. Musgrave has already prepared a team for Ethan: Declan Gormley, Zhen Lei and old partner Luther Stickell. The team rescues Lindsey in Berlin and collects two damaged laptops. As they flee, Ethan discovers an explosive pellet implanted in Lindsey’s head. Before he can disable it with a defibrillator, it detonates and kills her.

Claire Phelps was an anti-villain/supporting protagonist who appeared in 1996 film Mission Impossible. She was the wife of rogue IMF director, Jim Phelps, and Ethan Hunt’s first love interest and friend. Claire and the IMF team attempt to retrieve the CIA non-official cover list from the American embassy in Prague. They failed with Phelps getting shot, Claire killed in a car bombing, and the rest of the team except Ethan Hunt eliminated by unknown assassins and supposed tech malfunctions. While a bit older now, she is a great character and deserves her place in the Hottest Mission Impossible Women list.

8. Zhen Lei – Maggie Q, (Mission: Impossible 3)

Hottest Mission Impossible Women

Lei is an IMF field agent who was recruited by Ethan Hunt during the events that unfolded in Mission: Impossible III. Great with firearms and hand to hand combat, Lei can handle herself in any situation. She takes on the evil and best Mission Impossible villain Owen Davian in a great bathroom fight and holds her own without needing much help from Ethan.

Dubbed “Barbieheimer’, both films went nuclear at the box office this weekend!

Director Greta Gerwig’s Barbie opened to a historic $155 million domestically, well ahead of an expected $90 million to $110 million and helped fuel one of the biggest weekends in box office history.

Barbie — which brings to life Mattel’s iconic fashion doll — is also strutting to big numbers overseas. The pic launched to an impressive $182 million from 70 markets for a global bow of $337 million against a $145 million production budget. It scored the biggest opening ever for a WB title in major markets, including Mexico ($22.3 million), Brazil ($15.9 million) and Australia ($14.6 million). The U.K. led with $22.9 million, the biggest showing for the studio since the pandemic. Barbie wasn’t expected to make a big splash in Asian markets, although it did do better than expected in China with $8.2 million.

In North America, Barbie scored the biggest domestic start ever for a movie directed by a woman, solo or otherwise. The solo crown previously belonged to Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman, which started off with $103.3 million domestically in 2017. In 2019, the Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck-directed Captain Marvel opened to $153 million.

It also marks the biggest opening for Barbie stars Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, the biggest three-day opening for a movie based on a toy — eclipsing Transformers: Dark of the Moon ($115.9 million) — and Warners’ biggest opening for a non-D.C. pic or a sequel.

Meanwhile the historical film about J. Robert Oppenheimer and the making of the atomic bomb came in well ahead of expectations with $80.5 million. That’s director Christopher Nolan’s third-biggest domestic debut behind The Dark Knight Rises ($160.9 million) and The Dark Knight ($158.4 million), not adjusted for inflation.

Other stats: Oppenheimer ranks as the third-biggest opening ever for a biographical film in North America behind American Sniper ($89.3 million) and The Passion of the Christ ($83.8 million), not adjusted for inflation.

Overseas, Oppenheimer launched with a strong $93.7 million from 78 markets for a global start of $174.2 million against a $100 million production budget. The film was Nolan’s biggest non-superhero opening in no fewer than 55 markets.

This week we see the return of Ethan Hunt, Tom’s Cruise’s death-defying IMF agent, who will be hitting the big screen for the 7th time with Mission Impossible : Dead Reckoning Part One. Cruise has made it a priority to continuously up the ante with insane stunts in each new film and make sure that he is the one that is performing them. Yes, you heard that correct. He performs all of them.

Dead Reckoning: Part One brings one of his most dangerous stunts to date with a motorcycle ride off a massive cliff face while parachuting to safety. It’s an impressive feat and one you must see on the biggest screen possible. Note: They shot this stunt first incase something went wrong and they had to find an alternate plan without Cruise.

In honor of all Tom Cruise’s stunts, GotchaMovies has put together a Top 10 list of what we think are the very best. Enjoy!

10. Free Solo Climbing Cruise : ‘Mission: Impossible II’ (2000)

Mission Impossible II opens with Cruise rock climbing alone in the desert leaping across rocks, dangling one-handed, and performing a pretty great pose for the camera stretched across the rock face.

9. The Langley CIA Break-In : ‘Mission: Impossible’ (1996)

One of the stunts that started it all! In the scene, Hunt drops into the control room and lands just inches from the floor. While not death defying, it is one of the most iconic scenes in MI history.

8. Bathroom Fight : Mission Impossible : Fallout (2018)

2 words: Arm Reload. Watch this scene just for Henry Cavill’s arm reload. Also, this fight scene is one of the greatest action fight sequences put on film that are not involved in the John Wick franchise.

7. Motorcycle Chase : ‘Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation’ (2015)

One of the absolute best chase sequences in the entire Mission: Impossible franchise, the sequence from Rogue Nation sees Ethan and Benji (Simon Pegg) in hot pursuit of Ilsa Faust (Rebecca Ferguson).

6. London Chase : ‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ (2018)

The stunt which Tom Cruise broke his ankle while jumping across the roof tops of London. While this shut down filming of Fallout for a while, it didn’t stop Cruise from coming back and continuing all his own stunts.

Black Widow is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is intended to be the twenty-fourth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Cate Shortland, written by Jac Schaeffer and Ned Benson, and stars Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow, alongside David Harbour, Florence Pugh, O-T Fagbenle, and Rachel Weisz. Set after the events of Captain America: Civil War (2016), the film sees Romanoff on the run and forced to confront her past while facing a new threat. Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have been eagerly awaiting a stand-alone Black Widow movie since she first appeared on screen many years ago, so hopefully, this will meet their expectations head-on and get them to fall in love with this new chapter. There are die-hard fans out there who want this film to succeed, they have collected figurines, bought merch, even had their Marvel posters printed on metal to present in their homes as part of their decor. They have been waiting a while, so let’s hope it does not disappoint audiences.

Development of a Black Widow film began in April 2004 by Lionsgate, with David Hayter attached to write and direct. The project did not move forward and the film rights to the character reverted to Marvel Studios by June 2006. Johansson was cast in the role for several MCU films beginning with Iron Man 2 (2010). Marvel and Johansson expressed interest in a solo film several times over the following years, before Schaeffer and Shortland were hired in 2018. Benson joined and further casting took place in early 2019. Filming took place from May to October, in Norway, Budapest, Morocco, Pinewood Studios in England, and in Macon, Georgia.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is one of the biggest movie stars in the world and a global box office monster for all major studios. Whether he is kicking serious ass or making us all laugh from some of his comedic work, it is very obvious that the American audiences love him.

With the release of his latest summer popcorn blockbuster ‘Skyscraper’, GotchaMovies.com wanted to put together a list of the ‘Best and Worst’ of The Rock. Take a look below and let us know if we got it right or wrong.

The Best: Top 5 Best Roles

5) Dr. Smolder Bravestone – Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle

The Rock playing a nerdy, high school kid in a massive, ripped hero body was hilarious. Great fun and this sequel surprised a lot with just how great it was.

4) Paul Doyle – Pain & Gain

Johnson starred in this surprise Michael Bay film as a coked-out Christian who knows his own strength but can’t contain it. He brings a ton of energy, fun and great acting to this role.

3) Disney’s Moana

Amazing animated feature film that allowed Johnson to tap into some of his Samoan roots and provide audiences one of the best animated films in years.

2) Agent Hobbs (The Fast and Furious franchise)

Just an overall ass kicking role for Johnson that brings some of his best one-liners in all his films. Look for his own solo film for this character coming next year.

1) Beck – The Rundown

This film basically saved Johnson’s career after the abomination that was The Scorpion King. He wasn’t very known outside of the wrestling circle and The Rundown paired Johnson with a great cast of Sean William Scott, Rosario Dawson, and Christopher Walken to show off his comedy skill set. The whole film is a blast to watch with Scott and Johnson playing off one another great.

The Worst: Top 5 Worst Roles

5) DOOM

Dwayne Johnson’s first ‘video game’ adaptation seemed like a great idea on paper but just didn’t pan out. A bad script, the decision to do ‘first person shooter’ on film and turning Johnson into a villain really hurt this film. Those who found the movie a massive letdown may want to go back to the original source material and relive their nostalgic memories of the game by playing Free Gamecube Roms from their computers, without the need for the original console. This seems like the most appropriate way of getting over the disappointment of the movie!

4) San Andreas

A dumb, loud, summer blockbuster that defied any logic or realism. Driving a boat in the middle of downed skyscrapers and not a single issue. Sigh.

3) The Scorpion King (The Scorpion King and The Mummy Returns)

CGI scorpion in Mummy Returns…enough said. See for yourself below.

Watch the clip:

2) Rampage

Listen, we understand that critics actually didn’t hate this film! But this video game should have never seen the light of day on the big screen and what came out was just terrible. Awful script, CGI issues, cheesy one liners and just overall dumb characters proved that ‘George’ should have stayed on our consoles.

1) The Tooth Fairy

WWE superstar and action film icon as …. the tooth fairy. Awful choice for the Rock and we all know that he won’t make this mistake again in his career.

Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1, the seventh film in the movie franchise, will be hitting theaters this summer on July 12th and GotchaMovies.com has decided in honor of the new film that we would rank the ‘Best Mission Impossible Villains’ so far.

Ethan Hunt and the IMF Team have seen all kinds of bad guys since the very first film, whether they have been evil geniuses, arms dealers or close friends, and each one brought their very own form of evil to the franchise.  GotchaMovies.com believes we have put together a great list and our #1 villain was just too great to not place in the top spot.

Take a look at the list below, give us your feedback in the comment section and tell us your favorite!

#1.  Owen Davian – Philip Seymour Hoffman (Mission Impossible III)

The most evil, violent, well-crafted villain of the Mission Impossible series thus far goes to the ruthless Owen Davian from Mission Impossible III.

Portrayed by the late Philip Seymour Hoffman, Davian was a black market arms dealer who had a very personal and intense encounter with Ethan Hunt. He specialized in micro-explosives which, once planted in the head of victims or hostages, would eliminate targets with quick, non-explosive results. Davian’s goal was to locate an object called the Rabbit’s Foot and sell to a number of terrorist groups.

“You have a wife, a girlfriend? Because you know what I’m gonna do next? I’m gonna find her, whoever she is, I’m gonna find her and I’m gonna hurt her, and I’m gonna make her bleed and cry and call out your name. And you’re not gonna be able to do shit, you know why? Cause you’re gonna be this close to dead. And then I’m gonna kill you right in front of her.”

Best Scene – Davian’s Threat:
